Volunteer Opportunities with York Community Service Association (YCSA)
YCSA is a great place to volunteer!
The YCSA Thrift Store is always looking for volunteers. It is a fun, upbeat place to volunteer. It’s an important funding source for our programs that help York residents in need of assistance.
If you are comfortable using a cash register and dealing with the public, or if you would like to help with merchandising, then we are looking for you!
We also would love to have volunteer help in the back room with the processing of donations and getting them ready to go out on the sales floor, i.e. tagging and pricing.
If you are at all interested please contact Donald Martin, Thrift Store Manager, at 363-5504 or email@example.com.
The YCSA Food Pantry has different volunteer opportunities throughout
the year. Teams are full at this time but we post special projects and openings as they become available.
1) 6:00 a.m. Food pick-up at Hannaford in York and delivery to the Food Pantry on Thursday.
2) Garden Assistance – Help with our garden plot at the Community Garden and our garden raised beds and flower boxes at our 855 US Rt. One location.
If you have any questions please contact Maureen Monsen, Food Pantry Manager, at 363-5504 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
