Introducing the

Landlord Engagement Initiative

Become a Landlord Partner!

Landlords and property managers in the Seacoast area are in a unique position to contribute to our mission of reducing homelessness. Fair Tide’s Landlord Engagement Initiative (LEI) offers incentives to landlords who rent to households with rental vouchers. Through participating, you are are not only providing someone a foundation for success, but you will enjoy benefits such as guaranteed rent through a federally funded program, sign on bonus, coverage through a damage loss mitigation fund, and a direct line to Fair Tide’s case manager should any issues arise.
